Dr. Chandace (Wilson) Jeep, Au.D., FAAA
Owner / Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Chandace Jeep, born and raised in Durango, Colorado, recently returned to the community that she holds close to her heart. As the practice owner and a clinical Doctor of Audiology, she is state licensed and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She specializes in adult and pediatric diagnostic testing and treatment including; hearing aids, tinnitus treatment, assistive listening devices and auditory rehabilitation.
Dr. Jeep brings clinical experience from private practices in Colorado Springs, Parker, Castle Rock and Englewood. She also received clinical training during her 4th year rotation at a Neurotology practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, tinnitus and vestibular disorders. She has conducted and published original research on the effects of voluntary contraction of the middle ear muscles on Otoacoustic Emissions. In 2006, Dr. Jeep began consulting for a manufacturer of hearing aids and educated patients and other hearing healthcare professionals on hearing loss and advancements in amplification technology.

Stella Best
Practice Administrator
Stella Best has been our Practice Administrator since 2003 and is a liaison between insurance companies and patients. After being born and raised in England and Kenya, she earned degrees in English Literature, Psychology and four years in Hematology. In 1986, she moved to the United States. Stella has been married to her husband, Dave, since 1988 and together they have three teenagers. Several years ago, she formed a non-profit organization for the advancement of music in the Bayfield school district. in her free time, she enjoys gourmet cooking and riding her Egyptian Arabian horse, Memphis.
